Our October 2011 Meeting

Our October meeting will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011.
October is Family History Month and again this year we will ask everyone to bring something that was owned, a picture or short story of one of their ancestors. We had a great meeting last year on this and expect the same this year.
Light refreshments will be provided.
We look forward to seeing you in October.

We need help!

Starting with our October 15, 2011 meeting we will asking for those who could help our group continue by volunteering as officers and board members.
We REALLY DO need your help!
We have 5-8 officers who will not be continuing in 2012 and need to be replaced. Most have been on the board for 2 - 6 years and are just feeling like the group needs some new faces and ideas.
Please consider volunteering yourself and think of others that you can get involved.

The summer has gone by.....mostly

Her it is almost time for us to get back to our meeting schedule. For those that have already signed up, and been in contact with June Morton, we will be going on our visit to St. George Live - this coming Saturday.
